SPARROWS POINT, Md. — A man was killed in a Tuesday morning hit & run crash near Sparrows Point.
Baltimore County Police say it happened around 7:35am in the 5200 block of North Point Boulevard.
The victim is identified 19-year-old Todd Hines Jr.
He was hit by a Ford F-250, which police later pulled over.
The unidentified driver was taken into custody with charges pending.
